June Online Cooking 101: The United States: A Regional Food Tour!

Welcome to Online Cooking 101: The United States - A Regional Food Tour!

If you have participated in a cooking class or have completed one of our Online COOL'inary Clubs, then try this 101 course!  It is the perfect class for young chefs looking to practice and advance their culinary skills and have fun in the kitchen! We will take a food-fun trip throughout the United States, exploring four different regions of the country. We will cook up an iconic recipe, each with a fun twist, from the U.S. regions of the Northeast, South, Southwest and Midwest!

• Eat yummy food and have fun

We'll feature FOUR incredible Middle Eastern recipes: 

• Luscious "Lobster" Rolls with Hearts of Palm + Zesty Lemon Crush (NorthEastern)
• Southern Belle Cherry "Yum-Yum" No-Bake Dessert + Creamy Frozen Cherry Lemonade (Southern)
• Skillful Skillet Chocolate Chili + Zucchini Cornbread Muffins (SouthWestern)
• Zany Upside-Down Pineapple Pancakes + Sweet Coconut Cream + Pineapple Smoothies (Midwest)

Class Notes:

• Class Time is 4:00 pm EST to 5:00 pm EST.
• Class is open to ALL AGES.
• Only 1 registration is needed per household. Siblings can join on the same screen and can share ingredients OR have their own!
• Your child will need access to a full oven.
• Parental guidance is suggested, based on your child's age and ability.
• You will receive a welcome email before the class with instructions for logging in and the recipes [Be sure to check your spam folder!] AND you will have access to the recipes through your account after registration.
